Refund Policy

Tea Wisdom manages returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you choose to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to assist or resolve your complaint, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Tea Wisdom will not be liable for the loss of an item being returned. We suggest using registered mail in this instance. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus original shipping cost. Refund will be processed promptly and payment may take up to 7 business days to be received. All refunds are made at the discretion of Tea Wisdom.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be; 
1) Unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
2) It must also be in the original packaging. 
3) accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
1) Any item not in its original condition. 
2) Is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
3) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
